After gaining 18 months of work-experince, the employees can apply for promotions; needless to mention, promotions purely depend on the employees' performance at their work-places.
International Airlines:
At the completion of 2 years (experience) work in Domestic Airlines, the employees can apply for International Cabin-crew positions.
Good performances can get them to Lead Cabin-crew positions within 5 years.
