The growth starts at the completion of initial 18 months of work, purely depending upon the employee’s performance at work place and that would typically result in:

The salary gets increased every year considering performance as per the company's appraisal policy.
Promotions:
Within 6 years, the employee can even reach upto 'Manager' position pertaining to his/her department basing upon the performance.
